Join the 2023 edition of the Eroica Montalcino starting from the city of Brunello wine.
The ride is set in the south part of Siena and Val d'Orcia, through beautiful towns as Buonconvento, San Quirico d'Orcia, Pienza and many other villages and incredible white roads.
Participating to the Eroica Montalcino you will have the opportunity to ride in areas known only from those who participate in 209 km of L'Eroica long route. This region offers breathtaking landscapes crossed by white roads, an ideal location for the Eroica event.
In a setting of extraordinary beauty, Montalcino links century-long history and art with the products of a territory that is increasingly synonymous with top quality and excellence.

This amazing town with its walls and fortress housing the artisans and artists that all enthusiasts will be able to meet at Eroica Montalcino, during the last weekend of May.

Individual arrival, dinner on your own and accommodation at Fatoria Pieve a Salti.
Before dinner you'll meet the Anima Toscana staff, receive the race package and have a briefing where we'll explain the tour.

27 May 2023

Breakfast and start of the bike tour long 42 km with van support and expert local guide.

During the tour you'll discover the Val d'Orcia region and Crete Senesi.
You'll ride along the Eroica route, Strade Bianche sector of Lucignano d'Asso and the Via Francigena pilgrims route.
Typical tuscan lunch and back to the agriturismo in the afternoon.

Dinner on your own and accommodation at Fattoria Pieve a Salti.

Breakfast, private transfer at Montalcino and participation to the Eroica Montalcino 2023.

You can choose between 5 routes:
- Leisure, 27 km and 490 meters of elevation gain
- Brunello, 46 km and 870 meters of elevation gain
- Short, 70 km and 1280 meters of elevation gain
- Medium, 96 km and 1850 meters of elevation gain
- Long, 153 km and 2860 meters of elevation gain

At the end of the Eroica you'll enjoy the pasta party before the final night in hotel.
